Certain configurations of using multiple monitors with docking stations or USB display adapters can have the side effect of rendering checkboxes in the STAR*NET Data Input Files list unusable. Checkboxes in the network plot options dialog may also be affected.
The best way to resolve these symptoms is to drag the STAR*NET window back to the main display of your computer, as this always seems to fix the issue. Other considerations that our customers have suggested but may not provide consistent results:
- Update the driver of your display adapter
- Change Windows Theme to default if changed
