Issues with MSCAD 10.3 and Windows 10

IntelliConvert with MicroSurvey CAD 10.3 does not function with Windows 10.

You will get this error:

Our reccomendation is to install MSCAD 2016 and use the version of Intelliconvert that is installed with that software, even if you have not purchased 2016. That version of Intelliconvert is supported in Windows 10. You can safely install this alongside your MSCAD 2010 installation.
