ERROR: Scintilla and/or HPS::Point in error details

When launching STAR*NET or opening/creating a project, you may come across the following error message, in which you can expand by clicking on the Details button.

We've found that this seems to be triggered due to certain Windows group policies/permissions set on your computer. Although we're still not 100% clear on what exactly is causing the error, we have found a solution that prevents the error from happening again.

Have your IT person do the following:

1. Sign into Windows on your computer under their Admin account. (they must login as their account, not remote into your account)
2. Launch STAR*NET as normal (if error still triggers, then have them run as Administrator)
3. Open/Create any project
4. Close STAR*NET
5. Sign out

After this, all other users affected by this error on that computer should be able to run STAR*NET normally now, without any errors.
