Import ASCII won't Allow me to Browse to File

Some users have reported that the import ascii function works fine the first time during a work session, but the second time they use the function the routine fails and does not allow the user to browse to the location of the ascii file.

This error also appears in the command line:

Internal error, GetOpenFileName returned Error # 3002

This issue seems to be limited to the XP Operating system and seems to be related to the Windows operating system accessing the folder that was last browsed to in the earlier ASCII Import.

The solution has been for the ASCII file to be copied to the C: drive, it will reliably import from that location once the program has been restarted.
