Aligning Borders and Title Blocks

Question: In MS CAD 2002, when I have my drawing rotated on screen using the Surveyors View command, how can I then insert a border and title block that I have as a part on my hard drive, and make it so that it is horizontal on screen (matching my drawing orientation)

Answer: Under the MicroSurvey menu; Text Entry and Editing; Rotate Text to Match Text/Line. This command, although originally set to work with text, also works on parts. After you have inserted the border and title block into your drawing, at an orientation that is not desired, run this command. You will be asked to: Pick the line or text to set rotation: (pick the same line you used to set Surveyors View). After pressing Enter, Pick the text you want to rotate: (pick the border and title block and it will automatically rotate to match the line.)

Note: This same command is available in inCAD under the same menu structure as MS CAD 2002. It is also available in Express 2002 under the Labelling menu; Text Entry and Editing; Rotate Text to Match Text/Line. You can also type the command MS_ROTOLINE or setup an alias, hotkey or desktop button to run the command.
