MSDESIGN.LSP update for MSCAD2005 SP#1.3

Corrects a problem some people have had with the AutoSite Design routine.
Error message that says "error: bad argument"

Simply exit the program and save this file into the "C:\Program Files\MicroSurvey\MSCAD2005\design" folder and over write the one that is there now.
