Description Translation Format

Previous to MSCAD 2013 the format in which to translate a numerical based Description to Alpha was as follows:

Numerical Code,Alpha Code

1000,House

1001,Fence

1002,OIP 

MSCAD 2013 description translation format is slightly different now requiring a SPACE after the Comma
