When you start a registered copy of MSCAD 2005 or Mapscenes 2006 you may see an Error Window pop up with the code 2DEF-KJE87 or 2232DEF-KJE87 followed by another error -67ED17YTR-876 -. The same error messages will pop up if you attempt to open Product Registration in the Help menu. This indicates a problem with the license file. It is often triggered by a Windows or Internet Explorer update. You can click "OK" on each of the windows for the time being, but you will need to contact Microsurvey to resolve the problem. When you call be prepared to generate a registration form for your MicroSurvey product as we will need to create a "30 day reset" password and then fix the registration file while we are on the phone with you.
