When using Cyclone, there is a chance that when importing pix4D .las files that the system will reach about 75% and then give an error:

error:NonGriddedScanImporter catch ImpException, reason:Error adding Point Cloud to Scan
This is apparently caused by missing intensity values in the las file. If you find a setting in the software you are using to generate the las file to include intensities, please turn it on and try to export the las file again.
Solution:
This problem has been fixed with the release of Cyclone version 9.3.1. and Map360 version 2.1.
Cyclone development reports that Cyclone 9.1.5 or older and older releases of Map360 can be used as an alternative, which you may wish to download from this link.
