Use the following downloads to help you update to FieldGenius 2008 v3.2.0 (from FieldGenius 2007 v3.0.1 or newer) as quickly and efficiently as possible.
The following zip files contain only the main program‚ files which can be copied directly to your data collector.‚ It will not update the help files.
Instructions
- Download the zip file (see below) that matches the data collector you are using.
- Unzip the file locally on your desktop computer. The zip file will contain three files:‚ FG*.exe, Splash*.exe, and GPSFUNC4.dbf.
- Connect your data collector to your computer.‚ Write click on the ActiveSync icon on‚ your PC's toolbar and select "Explore."‚ Browse into your data collector‚ and then copy the three files to the ...\MicroSurvey FieldGenius\Programs directory. Overwrite the existing files when prompted.
- Start FieldGenius and go to the Main Menu | About to confirm that you have FieldGenius 2008 v3.2.0.
