Dwg Trueview is a free utility from Autodesk that can be used to view current version AutoCAD drawings, convert the drawings to an older format and can be used to print when drivers issues prevent MicroSurvey CAD from being able to print a particular drawing or image.
Your existing MicroSurvey ctb printstyle file can be used in DwgTrueview, or in any Autodesk program:
