Error message when running embeddedCAD, MicroSurvey CAD or inCAD with a Network License

Certain combinations of licenses written on a network license key can cause issues with some older CAD products:

  • embeddedCAD 2015
  • inCAD 2015
  • MicroSurvey CAD 2015

The symptom: 

Every second time you run the program and access a Network license you see the error message:

"SyncWizard registry key MSCAD2015 not found"

Followed by:

"Your License Couldn't be verified with the License Server"

The short term workaround is to run the program a second time when you see this message.


The issue is now resolved with the current version of embeddedCAD, inCAD and MicroSurvey CAD.
