For PointCloud functions to work correctly in MicroSurveyCAD Ultimate and Studio Editions, your Regional Settings must be set to display decimals as periods. Please follow these instructions after installing MicroSurvey:
1. Open Control panel
2. Pick Regional Settings
3. Pick "Additional Settings" and specify a "." in the Decimal symbol field
