Deactivating FieldGenius for Android when your Controller is Damaged or Lost

FieldGenius for Android uses an internet based license that allows the user to fully manage their license even if their controller has become damaged or lost.  

NOTE: When the controller IS available please follow these steps.

To deactivate a license in the License portal:

STEP 1:

Log in to the Licensing Portal using your email address and the password you created for your account

Select "Licenses & Activations"

STEP 2:

Select the license for your device from the list that appears

STEP 3:

Select "Manage Installations"

STEP 4:

Pick the Red "X" icon to deactivate a license.  Once a license is deactivated the user will need to reenter the license credentials if they try to relaunch the program on that device.
