Problem: Insert Sheet and Title Block "Move" option interferes with attribute prompts
Solution: The routine works well when the option is set to display a dialog box for attributes rather than prompting in the command line. Type attdia in the command line and set it to "1." Close and reopen the program to make the setting permanent. The routine should work fine now.

Problem: MicroSurvey Menus are not loaded after install, until you open a drawing.
Solution: Please update to SP1 (v10.1.1) by going to MsTools | Check for Updates. Version 10.1.1 will always launch Project Manager on startup, and the MicroSurvey menus will appear after a drawing is opened.

Problem: inCAD 2010 cannot be installed in a 64-bit system.
Solution: MicroSurvey inCAD 2010 SP1 (v10.1.1) does support 64-bit, please use the "web" install - the "full" install which includes the training movies will not install in a 64-bit system.

Problem: When running inCAD under Windows Vista or 7, the training movies may not play.
Solution: To play the help movies under Windows Vista or Windows 7, you may need to open up the Help file by going to Start | Programs | MicroSurvey | MicroSurvey inCAD 2010 | Help. If you open the help file from within MicroSurvey inCAD's Help pulldown menu, then Windows security policies can prevent the help file viewer from launching the movie player.

Problem: When running inCAD under a 64-bit edition of Windows, the training movies may not play.
Solution: You must install a 32-bit version of Adobe Flash Player, in a 32-bit version of Internet Explorer or other web browser. This is because our .SWF movies are played using Adobe Flash Player, but a 64-bit Flash Player does not exist. The 32-bit Flash Player can be installed into 64-bit editions of Internet Explorer or Firefox but it does not work correctly. The 32-bit Flash Player can only be used reliably with 32-bit editions of Internet Explorer or Firefox, which can be installed into 32-bit or 64-bit editions of Windows. Adobe has announced plans on creating a 64-bit edition of Flash Player (for use with 64-bit editions of Internet Explorer or Firefox) in a future major release.

Problem: When running inCAD under Windows Vista or Windows 7, the "What's This?" Help feature does not work.
Solution: If you wish to use the MicroSurvey inCAD "What's This?" Help feature, you will need to download and install an update from Microsoft, because Vista and 7 do not ship with the WinHelp32 viewer. Please refer to the following Microsoft Knowledge Base article for more information. Please note, the main MicroSurvey inCAD Help file will work without this update.

Problem: I arrange my inCAD 2010 toolbars how I want them, but I keep getting a message about "Loading ms_acad.cui" and then all my inCAD toolbars get turned off.
