Some users have found that their program will not launch properly, or that some features cause errors and crashes. Sometimes, this can be solved by changing the programs compatibility mode to Windows 7.
- Right-click on the executable that you normally use for launching our program
- Select Properties and change to the Compatibility tab
- Under Compatibility mode, check the box and in the dropdown menu select Windows 7
- Select Apply and re-launch the program
